TL;DR: Customize a workspace with a unique icon or emoji so it's instantly recognizable in the sidebar. Workspace icons appear in breadcrumbs, the workspace switcher, and shared links. Pair with a cover image for full visual identity.
Overview
Every workspace you create can be customized to better match your brand or personal preference. Taskade lets you change the accent color and workspace icon so you can visually distinguish between workspaces at a glance. These settings apply to all folders and projects nested inside the workspace.
🎨 Change Workspace Color
- Click ▽ next to the name of your workspace.
- Pick one of the available accent colors.
- Use the color wheel for more options.
- Paste custom Hex color codes for exact brand matching.
- Click Update to save the changes.
💡 Note: The color theme is inherited from a parent workspace/folder. Choosing a different color will change the color of links, tabs, and navigation elements.
