Stop rewriting the same quote. Describe what you sell, what it costs, and how you mark it up, and Taskade Genesis returns a working quoting app: a price book you edit, a builder that totals the line items, a link your customer accepts with one tap, and a dashboard that tells you what is still sitting out there.
Start with a live kit
Clone a running app, then load your own prices.
- Pricing Calculator - line items, markup, and totals that recalculate as you type
- Invoice Generator - what an accepted quote turns into
- Sales Pipeline Workflow - stages, owners, and the follow-up that closes them
What is a quoting prompt?
A quoting prompt is a plain-English description of how you decide a price. You name the things you sell, what they cost you, what you add on top, and what has to happen between sending a number and hearing back. Taskade Genesis builds the app around that. Your price book becomes real records you can edit, not numbers buried in a page nobody can change.
Why Taskade Genesis for quoting
- Your prices are data, not code. Change a rate once and every quote after it is right. You do not need a developer, and nothing has to be rebuilt.
- The quote is just a link. Send it, they see the line items, they tap Accept. The status flips and you get told. No PDF going back and forth.
- Nothing goes cold on its own. A scheduled automation chases anything unanswered, which is where most quotes quietly die.
- An assistant that knows your history. Ask what you charged this customer last time, or what is still unanswered this month, and get the answer from your own records.
- Two logins from the start. Your estimator builds quotes. Only you change prices. App sign-in and App Users are in beta and work on every plan.
Where the boundary sits
This is the quoting and acceptance layer. It works out the number, presents it, and records the yes. Taking payment, bookkeeping, and tax all live downstream, and these apps hand off to them cleanly instead of pretending to replace them.
Who is it for
- Trades and service businesses writing estimates after hours and losing track of which ones went out.
- Agencies and consultants sending proposals that need options, scope, and an expiry date.
- Suppliers and fabricators quoting from a materials list where margin is thin and one arithmetic slip costs real money.
- Anyone whose win rate is a guess, because nobody ever wrote down what was declined and why.
Send the accepted quote onward with invoicing prompts, keep the relationship in CRM prompts, and price the job properly with calculator prompts. Browse live examples in the Community Gallery, or start a build at Taskade Genesis.
