Pick Up Recent Work Across Your Workspaces

Overview

Recent is the shortcut back into whatever you were working on. It gathers your latest apps, projects, AI agents, AI teams, and media in one screen, sorted by the last time you touched them.

TL;DR: Open Recent to reach the apps, projects, AI agents, AI teams, and media you touched last. Tabs split the list by type, and a workspace rail scopes every tab to one workspace at a time. Taskade keeps the scope in the page address, so a filtered view survives a reload and travels in a link.

Open Recent

1. Click Recent in the left navigation pane.
2. Read the list. The newest item sits at the top.
3. Click any row to open it.

Recent opens on the My Apps tab, so your Taskade Genesis apps come first.

Switch Between Types

Each tab holds one kind of work:

Your workspace scope follows you from tab to tab, so you can compare the projects and the agents inside one workspace without setting the filter twice.

Scope the List to One Workspace

If you belong to more than one workspace, Recent shows a workspace rail down the left side on a wide screen, and a row of workspace chips on a phone.

1. Open Recent.
2. Click a workspace in the rail, or tap its chip.
3. Read only the items from that workspace and its folders.
4. Click All to return to everything.

Taskade writes the scope into the page address. Reload the page, press the browser back button, or paste the address to a teammate, and the same filtered list comes back.

Use Recent Next to My Tasks

Recent answers "what was I working on", and My Tasks answers "what is assigned to me". Use them together:

• Start the day in My Tasks to see your commitments.
• Jump to Recent to reopen the project or app that holds the work.
• Open the Activity Feed when you need to know what a teammate changed while you were away.
• Use Search when the item is older than the Recent list reaches.
