Collaborate in Real-Time
Taskade allows you to collaborate in real-time with your team or clients. You can edit Projects, manage tasks, and write documents on any of your devices, and your collaborators will instantly see the edits in the app so you're always on the same page.

Start a Team Chat
The chat box is located in the right-hand section of every project. To start a chat:
- Open a project and click the chat balloon icon ๐ฌ in the top-right corner.
- Choose ๐ฌ Team Chat using the drop-down at the top of the chat box.
- Type your message and press โจ๏ธ Enter or click the arrow button to send it.
Real-Time Typing Indicator
When multiple people are typing in the same Project, you will see their Profile Pictures next to the task they're currently editing.
Real-Time Online Indicator
Want to start a chat in a Project but don't know if your entire team is online? Taskade displays a ๐ข presence icon next to their profile pictures.
Local Time Indicator
If you want to reach out to your team members but don't know if they're up, simply hover over their profile pictures in the chat box to check their local time.
