TL;DR: Deleting a project moves it to the workspace Trash for 30 days, where Owners and Maintainers can restore it. After 30 days, projects are permanently purged. Use Archive (not Delete) if you want to keep a completed project searchable without cluttering the sidebar.
Overview
Whenever you finish a project, you can either complete, archive, or delete it. Completing a project moves it out of your active view while keeping it recoverable. Deleting a project removes it permanently. Choose the right action based on whether you might need the project again in the future.
Complete a Project (Project Level)
- Click ••• in the top-right corner of a project.
- Choose Complete from the drop-down menu.

Complete a Project (Workspace Level)
- Go to a workspace/folder.
- Hover the mouse cursor over the project you want to complete.
- Click the check mark circle

on the right.

Restore a Project
- Click ˅ next to the name of your workspace/folder.
- Choose 📄 Projects → Completed Projects from the list.

- Hover the mouse cursor over a project and click

on the right.

Delete a Project
If you no longer need a project, you can delete it permanently.
⚠️ Note: Deleted projects cannot be restored!
- Navigate to your workspace or Completed Projects (see the previous section).
- Hover the mouse cursor over a project.
- Click ••• next to the project title.
- Select

from the drop-down list.
Tips
- Complete projects instead of deleting them if you may need to reference the content later.
- Use Hide Completed to keep your workspace tidy without removing finished projects.
- Before deleting, consider exporting the project content for your records. Visit Version History if you need to recover a recent state before deletion.
- Only workspace Owners and Editors can delete projects.
- For large workspaces, completing projects keeps them searchable in Completed Projects while keeping your active view clean.
