Taskade has six plans. Free for individuals getting started, Starter for solo professionals, Pro for small teams, Business for growing organizations, Max for power users with high AI usage, and Enterprise for large teams with compliance needs. Pick the one that matches both your team size and your AI usage. Most teams land on Pro and grow from there.
TL;DR: Annual billing prices: Free $0, Starter $6/mo, Pro $16/mo (10 seats), Business $40/mo (unlimited seats), Max $200/mo (max AI capacity), Enterprise $400/mo (custom SLA). SAML SSO is available on Business and above.
Hosted MCP availability starts at Business ($40/mo) and is included on Max ($200/mo) and Enterprise ($400/mo). Free, Starter, and Pro plans do not include the hosted MCP server. Within the eligible tiers, hosted MCP is in closed beta and gated by the mcp.access workspace feature flag, so each Business+ workspace still needs the flag enabled by Taskade before the connector activates.
