Somebody has been asked to work out how the organisation uses AI safely. Usually it becomes a policy document nobody reads and a spreadsheet nobody updates. Describe how approval should work and Taskade Genesis builds the app: a queue divisions submit to, a register of what is approved, a log of what runs, and a weekly summary that goes out on its own.
Start with a live kit
Clone a running app and put your own policy behind it.

What is an AI governance prompt?
A governance prompt describes your rules and who applies them. You name what has to be approved, who decides, what must be recorded, and what is never allowed. Taskade Genesis builds the working process around that, so the policy stops being a document and becomes a queue with names and dates on it.
Why Taskade Genesis for governance
- The policy becomes records, not prose. Each rule is a record an assistant can actually check a submission against and explain.
- Approval is a queue with a clock. Governance fails when it is slow. A visible queue with turnaround times keeps it honest.
- Everything is logged as it happens. A run log written afterwards is fiction. Built into the process it is evidence.
- The summary sends itself. A scheduled flow posts approvals, rejections, and activity every week without anyone assembling it.
- Roles that match the org. Division heads submit. Reviewers decide. Auditors read and change nothing. App sign-in and App Users are in beta and work on every plan.
Where the boundary sits
This runs the process: submissions, decisions, records, and reporting. It is not legal advice and it does not certify you against any framework. Your legal, privacy, and security teams still own the judgements. What this owns is that the judgement was made, recorded, and can be found again.
Who is it for
- Whoever was handed AI governance alongside their actual job.
- Operations and risk leads in organisations where several teams adopted tools independently.
- Regulated businesses that must show a decision trail rather than a good intention.
- Anyone who cannot currently answer which AI tools are in use and who approved them.
Track the credentials with compliance prompts, keep the wider picture in operations intelligence prompts, and manage the tools themselves with SaaS prompts. Browse live examples in the Community Gallery, or start a build at Taskade Genesis.
