TL;DR: The best GoHighLevel alternative depends on what your agency sells. Resellers pick Vendasta or DashClicks, portal-first agencies pick SuiteDash, and CRM-heavy teams pick HubSpot. Agencies that deliver custom client systems pick Taskade Genesis: client sign-in on every plan, custom domains for your clients' apps (up to 10 on Pro at $10/mo billed annually, unlimited on Business and up at $25/mo billed annually), and one AI allowance with no per-client fee. Try Taskade Genesis free →
GoHighLevel (now branded HighLevel) earned its place in agency software. One subscription gives an agency a CRM, funnels, email and SMS, a phone system, booking, reviews, and a sub-account for every client. Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode, so the agency can sell the whole platform under its own brand. For a marketing agency that runs campaigns for local businesses, that bundle is hard to beat.
The reasons agencies shop for GoHighLevel alternatives in 2026 are specific. AI is priced per sub-account. Usage fees for phone, SMS, email and AI sit on top of the plan. Client portals are hard to shape, and the most-voted request on HighLevel's own ideas board asks for exactly that. And many agencies never resell software at all. They deliver systems: an intake tracker for a clinic, a lead CRM for a roofer, a reporting portal for a franchise.
This guide compares the 10 best alternatives by job, not by hype. Every price was checked on the vendor's own pricing page on October 19, 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a price, we say so.
GoHighLevel Alternatives at a Glance (2026)
| Tool | Best for | Starts at (checked 2026-10-19) | White-label | Free plan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Taskade Genesis | Custom client apps with AI agents | $10/mo billed annually (Pro) | Custom domains for client apps (up to 10 on Pro, unlimited on Business) | Yes |
| Vendasta | Reselling products and services at volume | $99/mo minimum spend | Client portal from Professional | No |
| SuiteDash | Low-cost white-label client portals | $19/mo (Start) | Yes, every plan | No (14-day trial) |
| DashClicks | White-label fulfillment for agencies | $199/mo (Pro) | Fulfillment services | No |
| HubSpot | Deep CRM, reporting and ecosystem | $0 (free CRM, 2 users) | No | Yes |
| ClickFunnels | Funnels and sales pages | $81/mo billed annually | No | No (14-day trial) |
| Systeme.io | Budget all-in-one for one business | $0 | No | Yes |
| Kartra | Courses, memberships and email | $52/mo billed annually | No | No (14-day trial) |
| ActiveCampaign | Email marketing automation | About $15/mo billed yearly | No | No (14-day trial) |
| Keap | Small-business CRM with payments | $299/mo | No | No (limited trial) |
The ten tools fall into four groups. Each group replaces a different part of the HighLevel bundle, so the right pick depends on which part your agency uses most.
GoHighLevel in 2026: What It Does Well and What It Costs
GoHighLevel is an all-in-one marketing platform built for agencies. An agency account holds one sub-account per client, and each sub-account carries a CRM, pipelines, funnels and websites, email and SMS, calendars, reviews, memberships and workflows. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and users, which per-seat CRMs cannot match.
| HighLevel plan | Monthly | Yearly | Sub-accounts | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 | 3 | Core features, unlimited contacts and users |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 | Unlimited | Rebill phone and email at cost, basic API access |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 | Unlimited | SaaS Mode, rebilling with markup, advanced API access |
| Enterprise | By quote | By quote | Not listed | White-label mobile app, HIPAA, premium support |
Source: gohighlevel.com/pricing, checked October 19, 2026. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and billing starts automatically when the trial ends.
The plan is the floor. Add-ons are priced per sub-account, so they grow with each client you sign:
| HighLevel add-on | Price | Billed |
|---|---|---|
| AI Employee (Growth / Unlimited) | $50 / $97 | Per sub-account, per month, plus usage |
| Branded Client Portal App | $49 | Per sub-account, per month |
| White-label mobile app | $497 | Per month |
| $10 | Per sub-account, per month | |
| HIPAA compliance | $297 | Per month |
Phone calls, SMS, email sends, Conversation AI, Voice AI and Reviews AI are billed by usage. An agency on Unlimited can pass usage to clients at cost. Agency Pro can add a markup through SaaS Mode, so the agency earns a margin on every text its clients send.
Two HighLevel strengths deserve credit before any comparison. Snapshots copy a proven client setup (funnels, workflows, calendars, custom fields) into a new sub-account in minutes. SaaS Mode turns an agency into a software reseller, with its own plans, its own prices and automatic rebilling. HighLevel also pays affiliates 40% recurring commission for the life of each account they refer (affiliate.gohighlevel.com), so many published HighLevel reviews come from affiliates. Read rankings with that in mind.
Why Agencies Look for GoHighLevel Alternatives
Agencies leave or supplement HighLevel for five recurring reasons. None of them means HighLevel is a bad product. Each one means the bundle does not match the work the agency actually does.
| Reason | What agencies report | Where to look |
|---|---|---|
| AI is priced per client | The AI Employee is $50 or $97 per sub-account each month, plus usage | Taskade Genesis, HubSpot |
| Client portals are hard to shape | "Customize client portal" has about 1,400 votes, in progress since June 2023 | Taskade Genesis, SuiteDash, Vendasta |
| Snapshot updates cannot be undone | "Revert snapshot update" has 492 votes and is planned | Taskade Genesis (app revisions) |
| Usage fees are hard to forecast | Phone, SMS, email and AI usage stack on the plan | SuiteDash, Systeme.io, Taskade |
| The agency does not resell software | SaaS Mode costs $497/mo and many agencies never use it | Every tool on this list |
Vote counts come from HighLevel's public board at ideas.gohighlevel.com, checked October 2026. The board is HighLevel's own record of what its users ask for, which makes it a fair source.
The portal request matters most for agencies that sell outcomes rather than campaigns. A client who logs in wants to see their project status, their files, their invoices and their leads in a layout that fits their business. A marketing CRM's portal shows the CRM's layout. The alternatives below take different routes to that problem.
How We Picked and Checked These Tools
We picked tools that real agencies use to replace one or more parts of the HighLevel bundle, then grouped them by job. Every price in this guide comes from the vendor's pricing page on October 19, 2026. Where a vendor hides a price behind a form or a contact tier, we say so and name the source we used instead.
Two disclosures. First, Taskade Genesis is our product. It is listed with the same section structure as every other tool, and its limitations get their own section below. Second, this page carries no affiliate links. No vendor on this list pays us for placement.
The decision tree below sums up the guide. Start at the top and follow the branch that matches what your agency sells.
1. Taskade Genesis: Best for Building Custom Client Apps With AI
Taskade Genesis builds a live client app from a prompt: screens, data, AI agents and automations. An agency describes the system a client needs, such as an intake tracker for a dental clinic, and gets a working app instead of modules to configure.
What it does well
- Client sign-in on every plan. GenesisAuth works on Free too, and client logins use no paid seats.
- Custom domains for your clients' apps: up to 10 on Pro, unlimited on Business and up.
- One AI allowance. AI agents and automations share one monthly credit pool, with no fee per client.
- Your own data model, with the fields you define in Taskade projects.
- Developer access. The REST API works on every plan, and the hosted MCP server works on every paid plan.
Pricing (checked October 2026)
Free is $0 with 3 apps, 1 agent and 2 members, and starts with no AI credits. Pro is $10/mo billed annually for up to 10 members, up to 10 custom domains and 50,000 credits a month. Business is $25/mo billed annually for unlimited members, 150,000 credits a month and unlimited custom domains for your clients' apps. See pricing.
Trade-offs
Taskade has no SaaS Mode, rebilling, branded mobile app or white-label editor. The sign-in screen uses a standard design, and sign-in emails mention Taskade. SMS and calls connect through integrations such as Twilio.
Best for: agencies that deliver portals, trackers and CRMs they design for each client.
Versus GoHighLevel: HighLevel prices AI and the branded portal app per client. Taskade prices the workspace, so the tenth client app costs the same as the first.
2. Vendasta: Best for Reselling Products and Services at Volume
Vendasta is a platform for agencies that resell digital products and services to local businesses under their own brand. Its marketplace holds products from listings and reviews to websites and AI tools, which an agency buys at wholesale and resells at its own price.
What it does well
- A marketplace with fulfillment. An agency can sell services its own team does not deliver, and fulfillment teams deliver them under the agency's brand.
- A white-label client portal. From the Professional plan, each client gets a branded portal that shows the products and reports they pay for.
- A full client CRM on every plan, with lead capture forms, workflow automations and a unified inbox.
Pricing (checked October 2026)
Vendasta charges a $0 subscription against a monthly minimum spend. Starter has a $99 minimum with 1 seat and co-branded portals. Professional has a $499 minimum, 5 seats, a white-label portal and a one-year term. Premium has a $999 minimum and 10 seats. Extra seats cost $30 to $65 a month. Resold products count toward the minimum.
Trade-offs
The minimum-spend model rewards agencies that resell a lot and costs more for agencies that only want a CRM. White-label starts at Professional with a one-year term. Per-product wholesale rates are not on the public pricing page, so margins need a sales conversation. The platform is wide, and new teams need time to learn the marketplace.
Best for: agencies that resell listings, reviews, websites and AI products to many local businesses.
Versus GoHighLevel: HighLevel bundles the software. Vendasta adds products and services to sell, so it suits agencies whose revenue comes from resale more than retainers.
3. SuiteDash: Best Low-Cost White-Label Client Portal
SuiteDash is an all-in-one client portal and business platform with flat pricing. It combines a CRM, client portals, projects, invoicing, proposals, file sharing and email marketing, and it lists white-labeling on every plan. Its pricing is per account, not per user.
What it does well
- Flat pricing with unlimited staff, clients and contacts on every plan, so client growth does not raise the bill.
- White-label from the first plan. SuiteDash lists "Extreme White Labeling" and a custom branded mobile app on Start.
- Client delivery tools: proposals, invoices, file sharing, client live chat and, on Pinnacle, onboarding flows, a course builder and support tickets.
Pricing (checked October 2026)
Start is $19 a month or $180 a year. Thrive is $49 a month or $480 a year. Pinnacle is $99 a month or $960 a year. A one-time "Century" option is also listed. The 14-day free trial runs on Pinnacle features and needs no credit card.
Trade-offs
SuiteDash packs many modules into one interface, and the setup takes time. Its own comparison pages concede that HighLevel's funnel builder is stronger. The AI features and email deliverability service are priced separately. It has no SMS and phone system at HighLevel's depth. You configure SuiteDash's portal layout rather than build a custom app, which suits standard client work best.
Best for: service businesses and small agencies that want a branded client portal for a low flat price.
Versus GoHighLevel: HighLevel is stronger at funnels, SMS and calls. SuiteDash is stronger at client delivery (portals, proposals, invoices and files) for a fraction of the price.
4. DashClicks: Best for White-Label Fulfillment
DashClicks is agency software paired with a white-label fulfillment center. The software covers a CRM, client dashboards, reporting and sales tools. The fulfillment center sells services such as Meta and Google ads management, SEO, content, listings and websites, delivered by DashClicks under the agency's brand.
What it does well
- Unlimited users and unlimited sub-accounts on the Pro software plan, at no extra cost per client.
- Fulfillment you can resell. An agency can add ads, SEO and content services to its offer without hiring a team for each one.
- Agency workflow in one place: a CRM and client reporting in the same account as the services you sell.
Pricing (checked October 2026)
DashClicks Pro is $199 a month, or $1,788 a year, which DashClicks lists as a 25% saving on the monthly rate. Annual plans are bought from inside the dashboard. The fulfillment center has no software fee: you pay per service you order, and per-service prices are not on the public pricing page.
Trade-offs
Fulfillment margins depend on service prices that need an account to see. The pricing page does not spell out the white-label details for the software, such as domains or a branded app, so confirm them in a demo. DashClicks' own comparison pages and review counts come from the vendor, so verify ratings on independent sites. It does not build custom client apps.
Best for: agencies that want to sell more services without hiring specialists for each one.
Versus GoHighLevel: both include unlimited sub-accounts. DashClicks adds a fulfillment center, and HighLevel adds a deeper messaging and phone stack.
5. HubSpot: Best for CRM Depth and Reporting
HubSpot is the CRM platform most mid-size companies already know. Its Smart CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub share one contact database, and its app marketplace connects to almost every business tool an agency meets.
What it does well
- A free CRM that is useful on its own, for up to 2 users, with contacts, deals and forms.
- Reporting depth. Attribution, dashboards and lifecycle reporting are mature, which helps an agency prove results to clients.
- An ecosystem and partner program. HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program gives agencies training, a directory listing and revenue share on client subscriptions.
Pricing (checked October 2026)
The free CRM is $0 for up to 2 users. Starter lists at $20 per seat per month, with new-customer discounts advertised. Marketing Hub Professional is $800 a month with 3 core seats and a required $3,000 onboarding fee. Marketing Hub Enterprise is $3,600 a month with 5 seats and a required $7,000 onboarding fee.
Trade-offs
HubSpot is not white-label, so clients see HubSpot branding. Each client usually needs its own HubSpot account, which the client pays for. Professional tiers get expensive as seats and marketing contacts grow, and the onboarding fees arrive before the first result. There is no SMS and phone bundle at HighLevel's price.
Best for: agencies whose clients already run HubSpot, and teams that sell reporting and inbound marketing.
Versus GoHighLevel: HighLevel gives unlimited contacts and users for a flat price. HubSpot charges by seat and by marketing contact, and gives deeper reporting in return.
6. ClickFunnels: Best for Funnels and Sales Pages
ClickFunnels is the funnel builder that made sales funnels a category. ClickFunnels 2.0 combines funnels, websites, email, courses, a store and a CRM, with a large template library and a training community around it.
What it does well
- Conversion-focused templates for opt-ins, webinars, sales pages and order forms, built by people who run funnels for a living.
- Unlimited funnels and pages on every plan, plus a built-in checkout and email.
- A large community and training ecosystem, which shortens the learning curve for new marketers.
Pricing (checked October 2026)
Launch is $97 a month, or $81 a month billed annually, with 1 workspace and 2 team members. Scale is $197 a month, or $164 billed annually, with 5 workspaces. Optimize is $297 a month, or $248 billed annually, with 10 workspaces. Dominate is $5,997 a year with 20 workspaces. Email contacts run from 10,000 on Launch to 400,000 on Dominate. Every plan has a 14-day free trial.
Trade-offs
ClickFunnels counts clients by workspaces, so a large client roster needs a high tier. It is not a white-label platform and has no agency rebilling. SMS, phone and reviews are not at HighLevel's depth. Agencies that need a client CRM or portal usually pair it with another tool.
Best for: agencies and coaches whose main product is a funnel that converts.
Versus GoHighLevel: ClickFunnels Launch and HighLevel Starter both list at $97 a month. ClickFunnels goes deeper on funnels, and HighLevel adds sub-accounts, SMS and calls.
7. Systeme.io: Best Budget All-in-One for One Business
Systeme.io is a low-cost all-in-one platform for funnels, email marketing, online courses, blogs, affiliate programs and automation rules. Its free plan is generous enough to run a small business, and its paid plans stay flat as you grow.
What it does well
- A real free plan: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 1 custom domain, with no time limit and no credit card.
- Unlimited email sends on every plan, with no transaction fees on sales through Stripe or PayPal.
- Courses, funnels and email in one login, which suits solo creators and small service businesses.
- A blog and an affiliate program built in, even on the free plan.
Pricing (checked October 2026)
Free is $0. Startup is $17 a month with 5,000 contacts. Webinar is $47 a month with 10,000 contacts. Unlimited is $97 a month with unlimited contacts, funnels and courses. Annual billing gives two months free. A team option is sold through a call.
Trade-offs
Systeme.io is built for one business, not an agency with many clients. It has no sub-accounts, no white-label and no client portal for agency reporting. The free plan allows 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign. For an agency, it works best as the funnel tool inside each client's own account.
Best for: solo operators and small businesses that want funnels, email and courses for little or no money.
Versus GoHighLevel: Systeme.io Unlimited costs $97 a month, like HighLevel Starter, but it serves one business with unlimited contacts instead of three client accounts.
8. Kartra: Best for Courses, Memberships and Email
Kartra is an all-in-one platform for selling digital products. It combines pages, checkout, email and SMS, memberships, video hosting, help desks and affiliate management, and its tools share one contact record.
What it does well
- Memberships and video hosting built in, so course creators and coaches do not need separate tools.
- Unlimited email and SMS sends from the Starter plan up.
- Checkout and affiliate management in the same platform, with 0% transaction fees from Starter.
Pricing (checked October 2026)
Essentials is $59 a month, or $52 billed annually, with 500 contacts and a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119, or $99 billed annually, with 2,500 contacts. Growth is $229, or $189 billed annually, with 12,500 contacts. Professional is $549, or $429 billed annually, with 25,000 contacts. A 14-day trial is offered.
Trade-offs
Pricing follows contact count, and Kartra upgrades an account automatically when it exceeds its contact limit. Essentials adds a 5% fee on sales and allows 1 domain and 1 product. It is built for one business selling digital products, not for an agency managing many clients from sub-accounts. White-label resale and client portals are not part of the core plans.
Best for: coaches and course creators who sell memberships and want email, checkout and video in one place.
Versus GoHighLevel: Kartra is stronger at memberships, video and checkout. HighLevel is stronger at agency sub-accounts, calls and reviews.
9. ActiveCampaign: Best for Email Marketing Automation
ActiveCampaign is an email marketing and automation platform known for its visual automation builder and segmentation. It is the tool many agencies pick when email performance matters more than an all-in-one bundle.
What it does well
- A deep automation builder with branching, goals and conditional content, on every plan.
- Segmentation and predictive features, such as predictive sending on Pro, that help large lists perform.
- A large integration library, so it fits next to a CRM, a store or a funnel tool.
- AI features on every plan, with 500 AI credits a month listed on each tier.
Pricing (checked October 2026)
ActiveCampaign's pricing page asks for a contact tier before it shows prices, so we used published price trackers checked in September 2026. At 1,000 contacts billed yearly, Starter is about $15 a month with 1 user, Plus about $49 with 1 user, and Pro about $79 with 3 users. Enterprise is quoted. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Trade-offs
Prices rise with contact count, and email sends are capped by plan, from 10,000 a month on Starter. Starter limits each automation to 5 actions and has no landing pages. Sales pipelines are add-ons on higher plans. There are no client sub-accounts or white-label options, so each client usually needs its own account.
Best for: agencies that sell email marketing and lifecycle automation as their core service.
Versus GoHighLevel: ActiveCampaign goes deeper on email automation and segmentation. HighLevel bundles email with SMS, calls and funnels at a flat price per agency.
10. Keap: Best Small-Business CRM With Payments
Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is a CRM and automation platform for small businesses. It combines contacts, pipeline, automation, landing pages and payments, including a built-in US payment processor, in one plan.
What it does well
- CRM, automation and payments in one plan, with invoices, recurring payments and lead scoring.
- An automation template library for common small-business flows, plus API access, webhooks and a native Zapier integration.
- US text marketing as an add-on, with a first tier included.
- A sales pipeline with lead scoring, plus contact and company records, tags and custom fields.
Pricing (checked October 2026)
Keap sells one plan at $299 a month billed monthly, or $2,988 a year billed annually. It includes 2 users, and each extra user costs $39 a month. Implementation services are required, and the pricing page does not list their price. Ending an annual contract early costs a $299 fee.
Trade-offs
Keap is priced for a growing small business, not for an agency serving many clients. It has no sub-accounts or white-label. The required implementation adds cost before launch. The free trial is limited to 25 emails with no payments or texts. Extra contacts are priced in tiers, and the pricing page does not say how many contacts the base plan includes.
Best for: established small businesses that want CRM, automation and payments from one vendor.
Versus GoHighLevel: both combine a CRM, automation and pages. Keap adds a built-in US payment processor, and HighLevel adds sub-accounts for many clients.
What Each Alternative Costs at 5, 10 and 25 Clients
List prices hide the real comparison for agencies, because some tools price the account and others price each client. The table below shows the yearly floor for each setup at three client counts, at list prices checked October 19, 2026, before usage fees.
| Setup (yearly, list price) | 5 clients | 10 clients | 25 clients | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HighLevel Unlimited | $2,970 | $2,970 | $2,970 | Usage extra; Starter caps at 3 clients |
| HighLevel Unlimited + AI Employee Growth on each client | $5,970 | $8,970 | $17,970 | $600 per client per year |
| HighLevel Agency Pro | $4,970 | $4,970 | $4,970 | SaaS Mode; resale margin offsets cost |
| Vendasta Professional (minimum spend) | $5,988 | $5,988 | $5,988 | Resold products count toward it |
| DashClicks Pro (annual) | $1,788 | $1,788 | $1,788 | Fulfillment priced per service |
| SuiteDash Pinnacle (annual) | $960 | $960 | $960 | Unlimited clients and staff |
| Taskade Business (billed annually) | $300 | $300 | $300 | Unlimited custom domains for client apps; 150,000 AI credits a month, shared |
| Taskade Max (billed annually) | $1,200 | $1,200 | $1,200 | 400,000 AI credits a month, shared |
HubSpot, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, Kartra, ActiveCampaign and Keap are left out because each client usually buys its own account, so the agency's own cost is not the full picture.
Two cautions keep this chart honest. Usage costs can exceed the plan for HighLevel agencies that send a lot of SMS, and a busy Taskade workspace can need Max or credit packs. And Vendasta's minimum is spend, not a fee: an agency that resells enough products meets it with revenue.
Agency Features Compared
The features that matter to an agency are not the ones on most CRM comparison charts. These two tables compare client handling and the money side.
| Tool | Client accounts | Client sign-in | Custom domain |
|---|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | Sub-accounts (3 on Starter) | Client portal; branded app $49/sub-account | Funnels, sites, white-label login domain |
| Taskade Genesis | One app per client, unlimited apps on paid plans | Every plan; logins use no paid seats | Client apps: up to 10 on Pro, unlimited on Business and up |
| Vendasta | Unlimited client accounts | Co-branded portal; white-label from Professional | White-label portal on Professional |
| SuiteDash | Unlimited clients | Client portal on every plan | Branded domain and login listed |
| DashClicks | Unlimited sub-accounts | Client dashboards | Not stated on pricing page |
| Tool | AI pricing | Resale and rebilling | Developer access |
|---|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | AI Employee per sub-account, plus usage | SaaS Mode and markup on Agency Pro | Basic API on Unlimited, advanced on Agency Pro |
| Taskade Genesis | One credit allowance per workspace | None | REST API on every plan, hosted MCP on paid plans |
| Vendasta | AI products sold through the marketplace | Wholesale resale of marketplace products | Platform APIs and an MCP server |
| SuiteDash | Priced separately | Wholesale partner program | API (call limits by plan) and webhooks |
| DashClicks | Not stated on pricing page | Resell fulfillment services | Not stated on pricing page |

Moving Off GoHighLevel: A Migration Checklist
Plan a move off HighLevel in order, and budget at least one billing cycle of overlap. Snapshots are a HighLevel format, so no other platform imports them. You move the data and rebuild the logic.
- Inventory. List every sub-account, workflow, calendar, form, phone number and integration. Write each workflow as one plain sentence, such as "When a lead books a call, text them a reminder the day before."
- Export. Export contacts, companies and opportunities to CSV from each sub-account. Save form submissions and notes that you need to keep.
- Rebuild. Recreate the data model and the client-facing screens in the new tool. In Taskade Genesis, describe the system and the fields, then import the CSV into the project that backs the app.
- Messaging. US carriers require A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration for business texts from local numbers. Start the number port and the new registration early, because texts can fail until both finish.
- Parallel run. Run both tools for one billing cycle. Compare leads, bookings and messages each week.
- Cutover. Point domains and forms to the new tool, then cancel the HighLevel plan before the next renewal.
Run GoHighLevel and Taskade Together
Many agencies do not migrate at all. They keep HighLevel for SMS, calls and funnels, and they build the client portal, the AI agents and the delivery work in Taskade. A native connector links the two.
The HighLevel connector works on Pro and up. Its New Contact trigger starts an automation, and its actions create and update contacts, add tags and notes, move opportunities and book appointments. One connection covers one sub-account, set up with a private integration token (setup guide). This split keeps the marketing send infrastructure where it works well and puts the client-facing system where you can shape it.
Limitations: When Taskade Genesis Is Not the Right GoHighLevel Alternative
Taskade Genesis is the wrong pick for several common agency setups, and it is better to know that before you start.
- You resell software. Taskade has no SaaS Mode, no rebilling with markup and no branded mobile app. Vendasta and SuiteDash are built for that.
- You run SMS and calls at volume. Taskade has no built-in phone system or SMS sender. HighLevel's messaging and its rebilling are the core of its value.
- You need a fully rebranded client experience. On Business, client apps get unlimited custom domains, your colors and search settings, and public AI agents can hide Taskade branding. The client sign-in page and its emails still carry Taskade wording today.
- You expect sign-in to separate clients automatically. Sign-in confirms who a visitor is. You match records to each login and test with a second account, as the App Users guide shows.
Why We Built Taskade Differently
Most agency platforms give every client the same modules. We built Taskade Genesis on the idea that each client needs its own system, built from a prompt and changed by chat as the client grows.
Every Taskade Genesis app runs on Workspace DNA. Memory is your projects: each client's records, in fields you define. Intelligence is your AI agents, which read those records and act on them. Execution is your automations across 100+ integrations, which write new records back into memory. The loop means each client app gets smarter as the client uses it.

A data model for an agency client app can be as simple as this. Taskade Genesis builds the tables from your prompt, and you add fields as the client's needs grow.
The same pattern covers a lead CRM, an intake tracker or a retainer tracker. Browse live examples in the Community Gallery and the agency client portal templates, or follow the client portal guide step by step.

When a client app is finished, you can package it as a bundle (Pro and up) or an App Kit and install it again for the next client. If an edit goes wrong, app revisions let you preview and restore an earlier state. For more on the agency workflow, see AI for agencies, the best agency management software, and what AI agents are.
▲ ■ ● Memory feeds Intelligence, Intelligence triggers Execution, and Execution creates new Memory.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best GoHighLevel alternative in 2026?
It depends on what your agency sells. Vendasta and DashClicks fit resellers, SuiteDash fits low-cost branded portals, HubSpot fits CRM depth, and ClickFunnels, Kartra and Systeme.io fit funnels and email. Taskade Genesis fits agencies that deliver custom client systems with AI agents.
Is there a free GoHighLevel alternative?
Yes. Systeme.io and HubSpot have free plans, and Taskade has a Free Forever plan with 3 Taskade Genesis apps and client sign-in. Taskade Free starts with no AI credits. GoHighLevel has a 14-day trial and no free plan.
Which GoHighLevel alternative is white-label?
Vendasta (white-label portal from Professional), SuiteDash (white-labeling listed on every plan) and DashClicks (white-label fulfillment). Taskade offers custom domains for your clients' apps (up to 10 on Pro, unlimited on Business and up), but it is not a white-label reseller.
What is the cheapest GoHighLevel alternative for agencies?
For a full client roster, Taskade Business is $300 a year billed annually and SuiteDash Pinnacle is $960 a year. HighLevel Unlimited is $2,970 a year before usage and add-ons.
How much does GoHighLevel cost in 2026?
Starter is $97 a month, Unlimited $297 and Agency Pro $497, or 10 times the monthly price per year. Usage and per-sub-account add-ons, such as the $50 or $97 AI Employee, are extra.
Can Taskade Genesis replace GoHighLevel for an agency?
For portals, trackers, lead CRMs and dashboards, yes. For SMS, calls, funnels or software resale, run Taskade next to HighLevel and link them with the native HighLevel connector.
Which alternative includes AI without a per-client fee?
Taskade includes AI agents in every plan from one workspace allowance: 50,000 credits a month on Pro and 150,000 on Business.
Can I move GoHighLevel snapshots to another platform?
No. Snapshots only load into HighLevel sub-accounts. Export your data to CSV and rebuild the workflows in the new tool.
Do I need to register for A2P 10DLC again if I switch SMS tools?
In most cases, yes. Plan the new registration and the number port early, because business texts from local numbers can fail until both finish.
Can I use GoHighLevel and Taskade together?
Yes. Taskade's native HighLevel connector works on Pro and up, with a New Contact trigger and actions for contacts, tags, notes, opportunities and appointments.
Final Verdict
GoHighLevel stays the strongest single bundle for agencies that sell campaigns and resell software. If that is your business, the alternatives above mostly replace one piece of it.
If your agency delivers systems, the math and the workflow change. Vendasta and DashClicks are built for resale, SuiteDash for low-cost branded portals, and HubSpot for CRM depth. Taskade Genesis is built for the agency that wants to design each client's app, give clients their own sign-in and domain, and run AI agents from one allowance instead of an add-on per client.
