Overview
Connect Zoom to Taskade to automate meeting workflows — schedule meetings, create webinars, and trigger actions when meetings start. The Zoom integration works with both automation workflows and AI agent tools.
TL;DR: Zoom works both ways inside Taskade automations. A trigger pulls Zoom events in, like Meeting Started, so your workspace reacts automatically. Actions push data back out, like Schedule Meeting or Create Webinar, so updates happen on their own. One connection covers both directions.
Set Up the Integration
- In Taskade, go to your Automation or Agent Tools panel.
- Select Zoom from the integration list.
- Click Connect and sign in with your Zoom account.
- Grant Taskade permission to access your Zoom meetings and webinars.
💡 Note: The Zoom integration uses OAuth2. You'll need a Zoom account with meeting scheduling permissions.
