Overview
Connect Zoom to Taskade to automate meeting workflows — schedule meetings, create webinars, and trigger actions when meetings start. The Zoom integration works with both automation workflows and AI agent tools.
Set Up the Integration
- In Taskade, go to your Automation or Agent Tools panel.
- Select Zoom from the integration list.
- Click Connect and sign in with your Zoom account.
- Grant Taskade permission to access your Zoom meetings and webinars.
💡 Note: The Zoom integration uses OAuth2. You'll need a Zoom account with meeting scheduling permissions.
Triggers
Zoom triggers start your automation when something happens in your Zoom account. Visit the Automation Triggers guide to learn more.
| Trigger | Fires When | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Meeting Started | A scheduled Zoom meeting begins | Instant |
Actions
Zoom actions let your automations and agents create meetings and webinars. Visit the Automation Actions guide to learn more.
| Action | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Schedule Meeting | Create a new Zoom meeting with topic, time, duration, and settings |
| Create Webinar | Set up a Zoom webinar with registration options and scheduling |
Example Workflows
Here are some ideas to get you started:
- Auto-Schedule Client Calls — Calendly new booking trigger → Schedule Zoom meeting → Send Slack notification with meeting link
- Meeting Notes Pipeline — Zoom meeting started → AI agent prepares agenda → Log to Google Sheets
- Webinar Follow-Up — Create webinar → Send Gmail invitations → Post recap to Discord
Use with AI Agents
Add Zoom as an AI agent tool to let agents schedule meetings and set up webinars through natural language prompts.
Example prompt: "Schedule a 30-minute Zoom meeting with the design team for tomorrow at 2 PM."
