Calendar Feed Integration

Overview

Calendar integrations in Taskade let you see scheduled tasks and projects in your calendar of choice! You can currently sync with Apple, Google, and Outlook Calendar.

💡 Note: Taskade also supports Google Calendar Two-Way Sync!

Enable Calendar Integrations

Here's how you can create your first calendar integration:

1. Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner.
2. Select ⚙️ Settings from the list and go to the Integrations tab.
3. Select Calendar Feed ➡ Generate API Token.
4. Copy the URL under How to Sync and follow the instructions below.

Apple Calendar

1. Open the Apple Calendar.
2. Go to File ➡ Create Calendar Subscription.
3. Then paste the URL above and click Subscribe.

Apple Calendar (iOS)

1. Copy the generated API token.
2. Open the Apple Calendar and click Calendars.
3. Click Add Subscription Calendar.
4. Paste in the URL link.

Google Calendar

1. Go to the Google Calendar settings page.
2. Click the ➕ button next to Other calendars.
3. Choose From URL and paste the token.

Outlook Calendar

1. Sign in to www.outlook.com.
2. At the bottom of the page, select Calendar.
3. In the navigation pane, select Add calendar.
4. Choose Subscribe from web from the list.
5. Paste the URL from the first step.

💡 Note: Calendar update frequency is determined by its subscription refresh rate. You need to configure this in your calendar app's settings.
