Overview
Collect data-rich leads by integrating Apollo with Taskade. Automatically retrieve details such as LinkedIn profiles and other relevant contact information.
Connect & Configure Apollo
Before you start using Apollo in Taskade, you need to configure the integration:
- Log into your Apollo account and navigate to Settings ➡ Integrations.
- Choose the API option from the list and click Connect.
- Click API keys in the sidebar on the left (1) ➡ click Create new key (2).

- Choose a name for your API Key (1) and add a description (2).
- Once you're done, click Create API key (4).

In Taskade, add Apollo as an action in your automation.

Click Connect in the sidebar to enable the integration.

- Enter your API key and click Connect.

Build Apollo Automations
Use Apollo in your automation flows to dynamically retrieve detailed user information and enrich your CRM contacts with valuable insights.

Add Apollo as an Action
Go to the Automations tab in your workspace or folder.
Click ➕ Create automation.

- Select the Start from scratch tile.

- Click ➕ Add Step.

- Choose the Apollo action from the list.

Click Connect to enable the integration and connect it to your Apollo account.
Configure the action in the sidebar on the right.

- Add a trigger and additional steps to the automation.
- Click Save changes in the top-right corner.
- Toggle the automation on in the top-right corner.
