Tips
- Export first, then import. Most platforms let you export your data as Markdown, JSON, or CSV. Export your content from the source app before starting the import in Taskade.
- Check folder structure. Imported content lands in the workspace or folder you selected. Create a dedicated folder first if you want to keep imported content separate from existing projects.
- Large imports. If you are importing many files at once, allow a few moments for Taskade to process everything. Refresh the page if new projects do not appear immediately.
- Formatting. Taskade preserves headings, lists, checkboxes, and basic formatting from Markdown-based sources. Complex embeds or platform-specific widgets may not carry over.
- Duplicate prevention. Running the same import twice can create duplicate projects. Check your workspace before re-importing.
