Stop or Pause the Series
The series is short and easy to turn off if it is not for you.
- Open any welcome email.
- Click Unsubscribe at the bottom.
- Pick Pause welcome series to mute it for now, or Stop completely to opt out.
You can also manage email preferences inside Taskade.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Notifications.
- Toggle the Welcome series option off.
This only affects the welcome series. Your other Taskade notifications stay on.

The welcome series exists for one reason. Most new users build something interesting in their first session and then forget to come back the next day. A small nudge at the right moment turns a one-time visit into a real workspace.

Common Questions
Are the emails the same for everyone?
The order and timing adjust based on what you have already done. If you published an app on day one, the publishing email will not show up again on day three.
Will the emails keep coming forever?
No. The series runs over your first week. After that, you only get the regular notifications you have opted into.
Are these the same as billing emails?
No. Welcome emails are about helping you get started. Billing emails come from a separate channel and always relate to your plan or payments.
