Sometimes Taskade may fail to load your Project or Workspace due to stability issues and display an error message like the one below. If the app doesn't respond, follow the steps below to fix the problem.

Desktop

  1. Check your internet connection and click Retry

  2. Close and reopen the Taskade app

    • 🔴 macOS: Right-click the Taskade icon in the Dock and select Quit
    • 🔵 Windows: Click the Taskade window and press ⌨️ Alt + F4 to force quit
  3. If the problem persists, reinstall the app from your OS's app store


iOS

  1. Close and reopen the app.
  2. Restart your iOS device.
  3. If the problem persists, redownload Taskade from the App Store.

Android

  1. Go to Settings ➡ Apps ➡ select Taskade and tap Force stop

  2. If the problem persists, clear cache and data:

    • Open device SettingsAppsApp Manager
    • Select TaskadeStorageClear Cache and Clear Data
    • Restart your phone
  3. If you're still facing the problem, reinstall Taskade from the Google Play Store.


Web Browser

  1. Clear your browser cache

🦊 Firefox:

  1. Click the hamburger button (top-right corner) and select Options.
  2. Scroll to Privacy & Security from the left menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  4. Tick Cached Web Content and click Clear.

🤖 Chrome:

  1. Click and select More tools.
  2. Choose Clear Browsing DataBasic.
  3. Tick Cached images and files and click Clear Data.

🌐 Edge:

  1. Click the three dots ··· (top right corner).
  2. Select SettingsPrivacy & services.
  3. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  4. Tick Cached images and files and click Clear.
