Overview
Share individual projects with teammates or external collaborators without giving them full workspace access. This is useful for sharing a single document, task list, or mind map with someone outside your organization.
TL;DR: Share any single Taskade project with a copyable link or an email invite, set each person as Editor, Commenter, or Viewer, and they see only that one project. Revoke access anytime. See Roles and Permissions.

Tips
- Revoke access at any time by removing the user from the share settings.
- Shared projects are separate from workspace membership — the recipient only sees that one project.
- Use password protection for sensitive shared content.
- You can share the same project with multiple people at different permission levels — for example, one person as Editor and another as Viewer.
- Shared project links can be set to expire or be regenerated if you need to rotate access.
