Tips

  • Use a strong password. Choose at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Password manager recommended. Tools like 1Password, Bitwarden, or the built-in browser password manager make it easy to generate and store strong, unique passwords.
  • Enable Multi-Factor Authentication. For an extra layer of security, set up MFA on your account. See Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for a step-by-step guide.
  • SSO users: If you signed up with Google or Apple SSO, you must first create a password via the reset flow before you can use email/password login. See How do I change my email? for related steps.
  • Check your spam folder. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Add [email protected] to your contacts to prevent future filtering.
