Taskade has a plan for every stage:
- Free for individuals getting started
- Pro for small teams
- Business for growing organizations
- Max for power users with high AI usage
- Enterprise for large teams with compliance needs
Pick the one that matches both your team size and your AI usage. Pro carries the Popular badge, and most teams land there or on Business and grow from there. Starter is a legacy plan. It is still supported for existing subscribers, but it is no longer the recommended entry point.

SAML SSO is available on Business and up. SCIM user provisioning is available on Enterprise.
Hosted MCP is available on every paid plan. The Free plan does not include Taskade's hosted MCP server. This is the inbound connection that lets external clients such as Cursor or Claude Desktop work with a Taskade workspace. See Hosted MCP server for setup and the separate outbound automation path.
Business vs. Max
Pick by AI volume, not by feature list. Both tiers unlock the same capabilities.

Choose Business when many teammates are running shorter prompts in parallel. Business is sized for higher request burst, so a 20-person team running quick agent calls all morning fits comfortably.
Choose Max when a small group runs heavy generation jobs. Max is sized for higher credit burst, so a builder shipping large Taskade Genesis apps and long agent runs gets more headroom per session.
Rule of thumb: Business for collaboration volume, Max for generation volume.
When to upgrade
Use these signals as a checklist. If you tick one, the next tier usually pays for itself in a single billing period.
- You hit your free credit ceiling three weeks in a row. Move to Pro.
- You add a fourth teammate. Move to Pro for the 10-seat pool.
- You want a custom domain on a published Taskade Genesis app. Business unlocks it.
- You connect an HTTP Webhook trigger to an automation. Move to Pro.
- Your security team asks for SAML SSO. Business unlocks it.
- Your security team asks for SCIM user provisioning, a custom SLA, or dedicated support. Move to Enterprise.
- You want to bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google key. A pinned model in your agents and Taskade AI steps then runs on your provider account. Enterprise unlocks BYOK.

Annual vs monthly billing
Pick annual unless you have a specific reason not to. Annual saves money on every tier.
- Annual billing gives you the monthly-equivalent prices in the plan matrix, starting at $10/month for Pro.
- Annual checkout charges the full year: $120 for Pro, $300 for Business, $1,200 for Max, or $3,000 for Enterprise.
- Monthly billing is higher per month for the same tier.
- Switch any time. Move from monthly to annual mid-cycle and the saved difference applies to your next renewal.
- Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Credit packs
Every paid plan can buy more AI credits without changing tiers, for the month that runs unusually heavy. Open Settings → Billing → Credits while signed in to see the pack sizes and checkout options.
