Compare Taskade Plans: Free to Enterprise (2026 Pricing)

Updated 2026-06-05·5 min read

Overview

Taskade has six plans. Free for individuals getting started, Starter for solo professionals, Pro for small teams, Business for growing organizations, Max for power users with high AI usage, and Enterprise for large teams with compliance needs. Pick the one that matches both your team size and your AI usage. Pro carries the Popular badge, and most teams land there or on Business and grow from there.

See the full feature breakdown, live plan picker, and current promos on the Taskade pricing page.

TL;DR: Annual billing prices: Free $0, Starter $6/mo, Pro $16/mo (10 seats), Business $40/mo (unlimited seats), Max $200/mo (max AI capacity), Enterprise $400/mo (custom SLA). Pro is the most popular tier. The choice between Business and Max depends on AI volume, not features. See Premium Plans for the upgrade flow.

SAML SSO is available on Enterprise.

Hosted MCP is available on every paid plan (Starter $6/mo and up). The Free plan does not include the hosted MCP server. Across the paid tiers, hosted MCP is in beta and gated by a workspace feature flag, so each paid workspace still needs the flag enabled by Taskade before the connector activates. Self-hosted MCP via the open-source @taskade/mcp-server npm package is available on every plan. See Hosted MCP server for full details.

Business vs. Max

Pick by AI volume, not by feature list. Both tiers unlock the same capabilities.

Choose Business when many teammates are running shorter prompts in parallel. Business is sized for higher request burst, so a 20-person team running quick agent calls all morning fits comfortably.

Choose Max when a small group runs heavy generation jobs. Max is sized for higher credit burst, so a builder shipping large Taskade Genesis apps and long agent runs gets more headroom per session.

Rule of thumb: Business for collaboration volume, Max for generation volume.

When to upgrade

Use these signals as a checklist. If you tick one, the next tier usually pays for itself in a single billing period.

  • You hit your free credit ceiling three weeks in a row. Move to Starter or Pro.
  • You add a fourth teammate. Move to Pro for the 10-seat pool.
  • You want a custom domain on a published Taskade Genesis app. Business unlocks it.
  • You connect an HTTP Webhook trigger or other Business-gated automation piece. Move to Business.
  • Your security team asks for SAML SSO. Move to Enterprise.
  • You want to bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. Enterprise unlocks BYOK.

See Upgrade Your Plan for the step-by-step flow.

Annual vs monthly billing

Pick annual unless you have a specific reason not to. Annual saves money on every tier.

  • Annual billing gives you the prices in this article (Starter $6/mo, Pro $16/mo, Business $40/mo, Max $200/mo, Enterprise $400/mo).
  • Monthly billing is higher per month for the same tier.
  • Switch any time. Move from monthly to annual mid-cycle and the saved difference applies to your next renewal.
  • Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Credit packs

Buy more AI credits without changing your plan when you have an unusually heavy month. Credit packs are pay-as-you-go and stack on top of your monthly allowance. Pair them with auto top-up so your team never blocks on a depleted balance, or buy them manually from Settings → Billing → Credits.
