Import from Notion

Export Non-Database Pages

1. Open Notion and click ···(ellipsis) in the top-right corner.

2. Choose Export from the drop-down list.

3. Select Markdown & CSV in the Export format field.

   • (optional) Choose Include subpages to export subpages as separate files.

4. Click Export to download a ZIP archive with the exported files.

💡 Note: Databases are exported as .csv files, with .md files for each subpage.

Import to Taskade

1. Navigate to your Workspace/Folder.
2. Click the arrow next to the ➕ New Project button.
3. Select Import and choose Markdown & Text.
4. Upload your Notion .md files.
5. Click Import to finish. 🥳

💡 Note: You can select or drag-and-drop multiple .md files at once.
