Overview
The Community Gallery showcases Taskade Genesis apps across dashboards, portals, websites, calculators, and internal tools. Public visibility lets people use an app. Cloning is a separate creator choice. Creators use Share as kit to offer a free or paid copy.
TL;DR: Browse and preview Taskade Genesis apps in the Community Gallery. Open a free or paid App Kit, then review its clone receipt. Taskade copies the listed projects, agents, automations, and app interface into your workspace. Remix the editable copy with Taskade EVE. Browse the gallery →
Look for the Clone action. It appears when the creator shares the app as a kit. The receipt shows what the copy includes.
Browse the Gallery
- Go to taskade.com/apps.
- Browse by category: Dashboards, Workflows, Tools, and more.
- Click any app card to preview it live.
- Use the search bar to find apps by name, description, or category.
Tip: Check the Creators tab to discover top builders and follow their work.
Clone an App
- Find an app you like in the Community Gallery.
- Look for Clone on the app page.
- Review the This clone includes receipt.
- Choose the workspace where you want to add the app.
- Customize the editable copy with Taskade EVE or edit directly.
Review connections after cloning. Automations or integrations that need sign-in details, unavailable plan features, or missing source items can require setup before they run.
A PRO badge means a paid destination. Some kits are marked PRO. Pick a workspace on a paid plan at step 4, because the destination workspace's plan decides. See Builder Community & App Kits.
Clone before you sign up
You can start from an App Kit before signing in. Tap Clone and complete signup if prompted. Then review the destination workspace and clone receipt.
Publish Your App to the Gallery
Share what you build with the community.
- Open your Taskade Genesis app and choose Publish.
- Open Share as kit, then choose Free or Paid.
- Add clear details and submit it for review when prompted.
Choosing Free or Paid also sets visibility to Public, so the app appears in the gallery. Set visibility to Public on its own when you want people to open the app without cloning it. See Builder Community & App Kits.

Smart category suggestions. The gallery reads your app's structure and suggests where it fits. You can override the suggestion before publishing if you want to land in a different category.
Remix and Customize
After cloning, the app is fully yours to modify:
- Change the design: Ask Taskade EVE to restyle the entire app with a new visual theme
- Add features: Prompt Taskade Genesis to add new pages, forms, or dashboards
- Connect integrations: Wire up Slack, Stripe, Gmail, or any of the 100+ integrations
- Train agents: Upload your own knowledge to personalize the AI agents
Community Creator Profile
Set up your creator profile so others can discover your apps:
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Add your display name, bio, and avatar.
- Your profile appears in the Creators directory.

Clone-Remix-Republish Loop
Every clone copies the items listed in its receipt. Some connections and plan-dependent items can need setup in the destination workspace. Remix with Taskade EVE or direct prompts. Then choose whether to share your variant as a kit.
