Your automations can now send an approval request through the apps your approvers already read, then wait for the answer like the Wait for approval step. Find the new Request approval actions in the Approvals group when you add a step.

• Send the request by email from Gmail or Microsoft Outlook, with Approve, Reject, and Review buttons
• Post it in a Slack channel or direct message, or in a Microsoft Teams channel or chat
• Reach approvers on Telegram, Discord, SMS through Twilio, or WhatsApp Business
• The request goes out through your own connected app, so approvers see a sender they know
