Learn From Replies People Rate Down

Your Agent Inbox now collects the replies that visitors rate down on your public agent. Answer one, and the next person gets a real answer. See Agent Knowledge for the steps.

• When a visitor rates a reply down, the question behind it goes to the Inbox tab of the agent's knowledge, marked Rated down
• The visitor can add a reason. The reason box tells them that the agent owner can see it
• Answer the question to save it as agent knowledge
• A rating in a private chat with your agent stays private and does not go to the Inbox

Security Fixes

• A time entry on a task now always belongs to the person who tracked the time. Nobody can add or change an entry in the name of someone else

• Apps that Taskade EVE builds now match the option of a Select field by its name, so filters and counts on that field find the right rows
