Import CSV

  • Click the ➕ Create new button in your workspace/folder.
  • Choose Import from the drop-down menu.

  • Switch to the Import CSV tab.
  • Drag your CSV file into the box or click Browse Files to upload.

  • Click Import to finish the process.

  • Taskade will open a new project set to the Table view.


Add CSV as AI Agent Knowledge

  • Go to workspace/folder.
  • Navigate to the AI Agents tab.
  • Select the agent you want to fine-tune using your file.

  • Click the arrow next to the name of the agent.
  • Click Edit agent.

  • Select the Knowledge tab from the menu on the left.

  • Use the toggle to enable agent knowledge.

    1. Drag your files into the box or click to upload.
    1. Click Add Media to add attachments from your folders/workspace.


Use CSV as Project Context

  • Go to your workspace/ folder.
  • ClickCreate new (top-right corner).
  • Choose AI Project from the drop-down list.

  • Describe the project you want to generate, or use one of the templates.
  • Click 📎 Upload Files and upload your .csv files.
  • Click ➤ or press ⌨️ Enter to generate the project.


Tips

  • CSV files exported from tools like Asana, Trello, Monday, and ClickUp can all be imported using the methods above.
  • For best results, make sure your CSV file has a clear header row with column names.
  • Large CSV files with many rows may take a moment to process. Taskade AI handles the conversion automatically.
  • You can also use Summarize with AI if your spreadsheet data needs to be condensed into a narrative summary.
