Taskade App Factory is the gallery of live App Kits at taskade.com/apps. Each App Kit is a working Taskade Genesis app that comes with its data, its AI agents and its automations. You open a kit, try it, and clone a copy into your own workspace. Then you change it in plain words with Taskade EVE.

TL;DR: The Taskade App Factory holds CRMs, dashboards, client portals, trackers and more, built by the Taskade team and by community creators. Preview a kit, look at its projects, agents and automations, then click Clone. Your copy is yours to edit. Open the Taskade App Factory

What Is the Taskade App Factory?

The Taskade App Factory is the place where people find, try and clone Taskade Genesis apps. It replaced the older Community Gallery name in October 2026, at the same address, /apps. Every listing is a live app, not a picture of one.

A listing becomes an App Kit when its creator turns on Let others clone. A kit packs the parts of Workspace DNA that make the app run:

Part of the kit Workspace DNA layer What it does in your copy
Projects Memory Hold the records, such as clients, deals or invoices
AI agents Intelligence Answer questions and do work from your data
Automations Execution Send emails, move records and run on a schedule
The app Sits on top of all three The screens that you and your users see

How the Taskade App Factory Works

The Taskade App Factory follows one path from a search to a running copy. You never write code on this path.

  search or browse /apps

          ▼
open a kit ──► Preview (try the live app)
          │ Workspace (projects, agents, automations)

Taskade EVE: "Add a Proposal sent stage."
  1. Find a kit. Browse by category, sort by what is new or popular, filter by Free or Paid, or search by name.
  2. Look inside. The kit page shows a live Preview and a Workspace view of the projects, agents and automations behind it.
  3. Clone it. Click Clone, read what the copy includes, and pick the destination workspace.
  4. Make it yours. Ask Taskade EVE for changes, for example "Use our brand colors and logo."

Your copy is separate from the original. A later change by the creator does not change your copy. The copy keeps the access settings that the creator picked for each project, and it does not include the build notes of the creator. The rows that visitors sent stay out too, unless the creator ships them as sample data.

Free, Paid and Pro App Kits

The Taskade App Factory holds three kinds of kit. The kind decides what you need before you clone.

Kit Price What you need
Free kit No charge A Taskade account. Free includes 3 Taskade Genesis apps
Paid kit A price that the creator sets The purchase, then the clone
Pro App Kit Included with paid plans A destination workspace on a paid plan

Creators can also turn on and publish a public profile at taskade.com/@handle that lists their kits. A kit does not publish the profile by itself. See Creator Profiles.

When to Use the Taskade App Factory

Start from the Taskade App Factory when a kit is close to the app you need. A clone gives you working data structures, agents and automations in one step, so you spend your time on changes instead of the first build.

Build from a prompt at /create when no kit fits. You can also start from your own website. See Website to App.
