Definition: App tiles are the cards that appear under the Taskade Genesis input box on your workspace Home. Each tile stands for one app, which is what Teams, Folders, and Subspaces are now called. A tile shows how many projects, AI agents, and automations the app holds, and it opens the app in one click.

What Are App Tiles?
A workspace Home has two parts. The left panel is the Taskade EVE chat. The right panel shows the app preview plus your projects, AI agents, automations, integrations, and media. Under the prompt box sit the app tiles, one per app.

Working with App Tiles
- Build: Type what you want into the Taskade Genesis input box. The Mode Selector points Taskade EVE at Auto, App, Projects, AI Agents, or Automations.
- Open: Click a tile to open the app and its Preview tab.
- Switch: Use the app crumb in the breadcrumb bar to move between apps without going back to Home.
- Share or publish: Use the tile menu, or open the app and share it from there.
- Organize: Use Duplicate and Move to reshape your workspace as work changes.

Best Practices
- Name apps by result, such as "Client Portal", so the tile is easy to spot.
- Group related work in one app, and keep unrelated work in another.
- Share each app on its own. A shared workspace does not give access to every app.
- Use the Preview tab to check an app before you publish it.
The Workspace Home View
Home is an app dashboard. The input box builds new apps. The tiles open the ones you have. Projects, agents, and automations are the parts each app runs on, which is Workspace DNA: Memory, Intelligence, and Execution.
Worked Example: A Client Portal
A consultant types "a client portal with a project tracker and a status agent" into the input box. Taskade EVE builds it, and a new tile appears with counts for its projects, agents, and automations. She opens the Preview tab, checks the interface, then uses Share on the tile menu to send the link. Later, Duplicate copies the app as a starting point for the next client.
