Make a Cloned App Yours

Make it yours is now the first suggestion on the first screen of an App Kit that you clone. One click asks Taskade EVE to make the app yours. Taskade EVE starts with a few quick questions about what you need. See Builder Community & App Kits to find a kit.

• The button shows on the first screen of every copy. This includes a copy that you open from the Clone dialog or a link
• Add my data and Connect an automation stay next to it

Clean Up Your App's Main File

You can now delete old lines from the main file of your app. Some older apps kept old text in that file. Before, only our support team was able to remove it. The file accepts no other change: you can only delete lines that your app added.

• Ask Taskade EVE to remove the old lines, or delete them yourself in the Code tab
• The lines that start your app stay protected, so a cleanup cannot break your app

Fixes

• Taskade EVE no longer puts phone app code in your app. It builds what a web app can do, and it tells you which part needs a phone app
• If an element shows more than once in the preview, Taskade EVE now changes only the one that you pick. An example is a link in both the header and the footer
• The www address of your custom domain now points search engines to your main domain. As a result, search engines list each page only once
