Automation Agent Step & Auto-Pause Hotfix

Fixes

• An Ask an agent, Ask an agent team or Run an agent command step in an automation now runs once and gets up to 15 minutes to finish, so a long agent task no longer starts again while the first one is still working
• When Taskade turns an automation off on its own, the automation now shows an Auto-paused label and a banner that says why and when, so you know what to fix before you turn it back on
