What does this Typeform automation do?
A named agent scores each new submission and creates a sales task only for qualified leads.
What can you do with it?
- Score responses on arrival
- Create tasks only for qualified leads
- Keep the reasoning with the record
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Typeform — New Submission
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Form Qualifier")
- Then Filter — continue only when the submission meets your lead criteria
- Then Taskade — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Form Qualifier" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your ideal customer profile and form fields, remembers which scored submissions converted, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
