What does this Typeform automation do?
A named agent reviews urgency and emails the on-call owner only when a submission needs immediate attention.
What can you do with it?
- Identify urgent wording quickly
- Notify the right person
- Avoid alerting on routine submissions
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Typeform — New Submission
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Response Triage")
- Then Filter — continue only when the submission needs immediate attention
- Then Taskade — Send Email
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Response Triage" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your urgency policy and escalation contacts, remembers which escalations proved urgent, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for support and safety teams. A named agent reviews urgency and emails the on-call owner only when a submission needs immediate attention.
