What does this Calendly automation do?
A named agent turns each scheduled event into a client brief and files it as a preparation task.
What can you do with it?
- Walk into calls with account context
- Use the same preparation standard every time
- Keep the brief attached to an owned task
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Calendly — Any Event Scheduled
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Call Prep")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Call Prep" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your accounts, offers and standard discovery questions, remembers what happened in earlier client calls, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for client-facing teams with a full booking calendar. A named agent turns each scheduled event into a client brief and files it as a preparation task.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Any Event Scheduled" from Calendly.
