This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Calendly — Event Scheduled for an Event Type
- Then Taskade AI — Categorize with AI
- Then Taskade — Add Task

How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Event Scheduled for an Event Type" from Calendly.
- Add the action "Categorize with AI" from Taskade AI.
- Add the action "Add Task" from Taskade.
- Connect your Calendly account when prompted, then enable the toggle in the top-right corner.
