What does this Salesforce automation do?
A weekly query gives a named agent the current account records and creates a project brief for the team.
What can you do with it?
- Bring current CRM records into one brief
- Carry known risks between reviews
- Create follow-up work beside the summary
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Week
- Then Salesforce — Find Records by Query
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Account Briefing")
- Then Taskade — Create Project
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Account Briefing" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your accounts, pipeline stages and review format, remembers risks raised in earlier account reviews, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for account teams preparing weekly reviews. A weekly query gives a named agent the current account records and creates a project brief for the team.
