What does this Google Drive automation do?
A daily check reviews permissions and raises a task for anything shared too widely.
What can you do with it?
- Notice over-sharing before an audit does
- Get the file and its permission state in one task
- Give the fix an owner
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Day
- Then Google Drive — List files
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Access Reviewer")
- Then Loop over each file shared too widely — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Access Reviewer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your sharing policy and approved external domains, remembers the shares it has already cleared, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
