Built for teams with an approval or audit step. When a task completes, the related document is saved as a PDF so the record is fixed.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Task Completed" from Taskade.
- Add the action "Save file as PDF" from Google Drive.
- Connect your Google Drive account when prompted, then enable the toggle in the top-right corner.
