Paste the role and the resumes — and get a scored, ranked shortlist with transparent fit reasoning in minutes. The strongest candidates surface first, gaps are flagged, standouts are highlighted. No recruiter on payroll, no enterprise ATS license, no manual stack-ranking.
The Recruitment Workflow is a live Taskade Genesis app you can try right on this page. Explore a real working pipeline with candidates already scored and loaded, then click "Use this app" to clone and own a running copy in about ten seconds. That is the try-then-clone moat: the finished screening system before you commit.
Screening is the Intelligence layer of Workspace DNA doing the first read for you. Memory keeps every candidate and every scoring run — so when a new application arrives, the agent compares it to the current shortlist and inserts it at the right rank automatically. Execution drafts the next step for each candidate: interview invite for a strong fit, hold message for a maybe, or a polite decline for a clear miss — all ready for review, none sent without approval.
The hiring app ships with the Relationship field linking each candidate to the role, their scorecard, and any linked tasks — a true relational record across the hiring process. Work the scored shortlist in every layout:
- Table view — full scorecard with fit score, reasoning, and every field side by side
- Board view — move candidates through pipeline stages by shortlist tier
- Calendar view — schedule interviews for top-ranked candidates directly in the app
- Plus List, Mind Map, Gantt, and Org Chart across all 7 project views
The AI agents inside the app carry 33 built-in tools — persistent memory, file analysis, web search, custom slash commands, and multi-agent collaboration. The Screener Agent reads new applications as they arrive, scores them against the current JD, and inserts them into the ranked list — so the shortlist is always live, never a morning batch job.
Automations advance strong candidates. Connect to Taskade automations and a score above your threshold automatically triggers an interview-scheduling task assigned to the hiring manager. With 100+ bidirectional integrations, LinkedIn, job boards, and email forms pull applications in while calendar invites and Slack notifications push out.

Common questions
Does the scoring account for non-standard resumes like career changers?
Yes. The agent evaluates transferable skills explicitly, not just keyword matches. Describe "open to career changers with X transferable background" in the JD context and the agent adjusts the scoring rubric accordingly — career changers with relevant skills rank higher than weak traditional fits.
Can I use the same scoring setup for multiple roles at once?
Yes. Each role is a separate view inside the same Taskade Genesis workspace. The Relationship field keeps each candidate's applications isolated per role, so one person can appear in two pipelines without their data colliding.
What is the scoring logic — a black box or something I can audit?
Every score comes with a plain-English explanation: "strong fit because 6 of 8 required skills matched, weak fit because no team-management experience despite strong technical background." You can override any score, and overrides are saved as memory to improve future scoring on the same role.
