🥇 Offer Good, Better, and Best

Turn the way you already price work into an app that sends, chases, and closes quotes on its own. These prompts build the whole estimate loop: a price book you control, a builder that does the arithmetic, a link the customer accepts with one tap, and the follow-up that happens whether or not you remember.

I give customers one price and they either take it or vanish. Build me a tiered quote app. For each job let me create three options, a basic, a recommended middle and a premium, all built from the same underlying scope so I only describe the job once. Each tier holds its own line items, its own total, and a short plain-English description of what the customer actually gets that the tier below does not. Mark one tier as recommended. Give the customer a public page showing the three side by side where they pick one and accept it, and record which tier they chose. Add an AI agent that takes my middle scope and drafts sensible lower and upper tiers, and that writes the difference between tiers in outcomes rather than in parts. Automate a follow-up three days after sending that offers to talk through the options, and a scheduled monthly report showing which tier wins most often and what that does to my average job size. Two logins: a salesperson who builds options, and an owner who sets what may appear in each tier.

Offer Good, Better, and Best

Present every quote as three priced tiers with a recommended option, and track which tier customers actually choose.

// the spark catches · intelligence awakens · the answer unfolds

A single price is a yes or no question. Three options turn it into a choice about scope, which is a far easier conversation and usually a larger job.

What's Included

  • Three tiers from one job sharing a spine so the differences are obvious.
  • A clear difference per tier stated in outcomes, not in line items.
  • A recommended option because an unguided choice stalls.
  • An assistant that builds the upper and lower tiers from your base scope.

How To Use

  1. Build the middle tier first, then take things out and add things on.
  2. Make each tier differ in outcome, not just in quantity.
  3. Recommend one explicitly. Silence pushes people to the cheapest.
  4. Track which tier wins and let that reshape your default scope.

Assemble the tiers from the bundle pricing builder, and see which one converts in the win dashboard.
