Built for client and account teams joining recurring Zoom calls. A named agent prepares a context brief when the Zoom meeting starts and files it as a task.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Meeting Started" from Zoom.
- Add the action "Ask Agent" from Taskade AI. Point it at an agent called "Live Meeting Brief".
- Add the action "Add Task" from Taskade.
- Connect your Zoom account when prompted, then enable the toggle in the top-right corner.
