What does this automation do?
One feedback submission usually raises several separate things. An agent separates them, and the flow files each one as its own issue.
What can you do with it?
- Split a single submission into the distinct issues it actually raises
- File each one where engineering will see it
- Post one summary rather than pasting the whole response
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Form Submitted
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Feedback Analyst")
- Then Loop over each issue the response raises — Create Issue
- Then Slack — Send Channel Message
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Feedback Analyst" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your roadmap, open issues and product areas, remembers the themes that keep coming back, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for product teams whose feedback form returns three problems in one box. One feedback submission usually raises several separate things. An agent separates them, and the flow files each one as its own issue.
How do you set it up?
