This automation runs in 6 steps:
- When Agent Tool
- Then Jira — Get Issue
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Escalation Analyst")
- Then Filter — continue only when the agent judges the issue genuinely blocked
- Then Slack — Send Channel Message
- Then Taskade — Assign Task

How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the "Agent Tool" trigger.
- Add the action "Get Issue" from Jira.
- Add the action "Ask Agent" from Taskade AI. Point it at an agent called "Escalation Analyst".
- Add a Filter step: Filter — continue only when the agent judges the issue genuinely blocked.
- Add the action "Send Channel Message" from Slack.
- Add the action "Assign Task" from Taskade.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
