The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Taskade — Project Created
- Then Taskade — Get Project Info
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Process Mapper")
- Then Taskade — Add Comment

The "Process Mapper" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows how your projects are normally structured, remembers the processes it has already mapped, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.

How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Project Created" from Taskade.
- Add the action "Get Project Info" from Taskade.
- Add the action "Ask Agent" from Taskade AI. Point it at an agent called "Process Mapper".
- Add the action "Add Comment" from Taskade.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
