What does this automation do?
Each Typeform submission is turned into a designed workflow — the steps, the order, and the owner — instead of a raw response row.
What can you do with it?
- Design the process at the moment the request lands
- Give every submission an ordered set of steps, not a paragraph
- Reuse the reasoning from the last hundred submissions
- Hand the designed workflow to an owner with a due date
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Typeform — New Submission
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Process Designer")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Process Designer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows how your team sequences work end to end, remembers the designs it has produced and their outcomes, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for ops and service teams designing a process per request. Each Typeform submission is turned into a designed workflow — the steps, the order, and the owner — instead of a raw response row.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
