What does this automation do?
Every week an agent reviews your projects and reports which workflows are working, which have stalled, and what should change.
What can you do with it?
- Find the workflows that quietly stopped producing anything
- Get a written recommendation, not a dashboard to interpret
- Compare this week against what the agent saw last week
- Send the audit to people who never open the workspace
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Week
- Then Taskade — Find Project(s)
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Automation Auditor")
- Then Taskade — Send Email
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Automation Auditor" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows every workflow your team runs and who owns it, remembers what it flagged in previous audits, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for operations leads who own the automation stack. Every week an agent reviews your projects and reports which workflows are working, which have stalled, and what should change.
