Built for appointment-based service teams. A newly scheduled Calendly event sends an SMS confirmation with the booking details.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Any Event Scheduled" from Calendly.
- Add the action "Send SMS" from Twilio.
- Connect your Twilio account when prompted, then enable the toggle in the top-right corner.
