What does this automation do?
A submitted intake form is read by an agent that knows your service lines, then becomes a fully built client project with an owner already assigned.
What can you do with it?
- Turn a submission into a live project the same minute
- Build from your template so nothing is invented per client
- Assign the right owner from what the form actually says
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Form Submitted
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Intake Desk")
- Then Taskade — Create Project From Template
- Then Taskade — Assign Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Intake Desk" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your service lines, scoping rules and onboarding steps, remembers how similar intakes were scoped before, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for agencies and service teams whose work starts with an intake form. A submitted intake form is read by an agent that knows your service lines, then becomes a fully built client project with an owner already assigned.
