Built for teams recording calls and meetings. A new transcript file is read and every commitment inside it becomes a task.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "New File" from Google Drive.
- Add the action "Read file" from Google Drive.
- Add the action "Ask AI" from Taskade AI.
- Add a Loop step: Loop over each commitment in the transcript — Add Task.
- Connect your Google Drive account when prompted, then enable the toggle in the top-right corner.
