What does this automation do?
Each prospect on the list gets its own drafted email, written one at a time by an agent that knows what worked last week.
What can you do with it?
- Start Monday with the drafts already written
- Keep each message specific to that prospect
- Repeat the same drafting step per record instead of by hand
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Week
- Then Taskade — Find Task(s)
- Then Loop over each prospect on this week’s list — Ask Agent, Create Draft Email
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Outreach Writer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your positioning, your offers and your ideal customer, remembers which openers earned replies in earlier weeks, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for sales and partnerships teams running a weekly cadence. Each prospect on the list gets its own drafted email, written one at a time by an agent that knows what worked last week.
