This automation runs in 6 steps:
- When Gmail — New Email with Label
- Then Delay — wait 3 days
- Then Gmail — Find Email(s)
- Then Filter — continue only when the thread still has no reply
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Follow-Up Desk")
- Then Gmail — Send Email

How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "New Email with Label" from Gmail.
- Add a Delay step: Delay — wait 3 days.
- Add the action "Find Email(s)" from Gmail.
- Add a Filter step: Filter — continue only when the thread still has no reply.
- Add the action "Ask Agent" from Taskade AI. Point it at an agent called "Follow-Up Desk".
- Add the action "Send Email" from Gmail.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
