What does this Airtable automation do?
A new spreadsheet lead is scored by AI, then written into the base with its score.
What can you do with it?
- Enrich before the record is created
- Stop importing raw, unscored leads
- Keep the reasoning in the record
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Google Sheets — New Row
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Base Lead Scorer")
- Then Airtable — Create Record
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Base Lead Scorer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your ICP and the fields your base scores against, remembers which scored records became customers, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for sales teams using Airtable as a CRM. A new spreadsheet lead is scored by AI, then written into the base with its score.
