This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Google Forms — New Response
- Then Taskade AI — Categorize with AI
- Then Airtable — Create Record

Built for teams collecting structured intake. A form submission is classified by AI and written into the right Airtable table.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "New Response" from Google Forms.
- Add the action "Categorize with AI" from Taskade AI.
- Add the action "Create Record" from Airtable.
- Connect your Airtable account when prompted, then enable the toggle in the top-right corner.
