The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Google Tasks — New Task
- Then Filter — continue only when the task has no due date yet
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Scheduler")
- Then Google Tasks — Update Task

How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "New Task" from Google Tasks.
- Add a Filter step: Filter — continue only when the task has no due date yet.
- Add the action "Ask Agent" from Taskade AI. Point it at an agent called "Scheduler".
- Add the action "Update Task" from Google Tasks.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
