What does this automation do?
Every week the list is read and an agent that remembers last week’s review writes an honest retrospective as a project.
What can you do with it?
- Do the weekly review even in the weeks you would skip it
- Compare this week against what the agent flagged last week
- Keep the review next to the follow-up actions
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Week
- Then Google Tasks — List Tasks
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Weekly Reviewer")
- Then Taskade — Create Project
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Weekly Reviewer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your goals for the quarter and how you measure progress, remembers what it flagged in earlier weekly reviews, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for individuals and leads running a weekly review. Every week the list is read and an agent that remembers last week’s review writes an honest retrospective as a project.
